We are a customer oriented firm committed to work with you to provide the custom home, vacation home or office/commercial building to suit your needs and at a price you can afford. There are hundreds of standard/custom designs to choose from or modify between the Preferred Building Systems designs and the Design Basics, Inc. designs. Design Basics, Inc. is a design firm we work closely with and can build any of their designs. We will also custom design a new building floor plan from your concepts and building requirements. We are committed to work closely with you in designing your home, purchasing land, and building your home. Your satisfaction and our reputation is our main concern, which is why we will provide more options for exterior siding, doors, windows, etc. in addition to the options offered by modular manufacturer. This will be your home and we want you to be happy living in it.
  

The modular construction approach costs at least 10 to 15 percent less than typical stick built structures. The savings is possible because Preferred Building Systems makes large bulk purchases for building materials. In addition, because the modular house sections are built inside a large factory building, the weather does not affect production and lost work time is avoided.

We can provide full site construction services through our relationship with our builder (FSW) and land location services through our relationship with Summit West Realty, Inc.
